Projects bring scope, estimates, materials and vendor coordination together to move an idea forward. Improvements tackle punch lists, qualifying minor repairs, washing and outdoor refreshes. Across all three services, the focus is organized scheduling, clear communication, attention to detail and practical follow-through. Membership inspections are an optional part of Property Care, not a requirement for working with us.

Tommy Fallon spent three years as an assistant construction manager on a high-end luxury development in Breckenridge, Colorado. He helped oversee work across the development’s 54 contracted homes, including condominiums, duplexes and multi-million-dollar single-family homes.
His responsibilities included daily site quality checks, subcontractor and labor coordination, scheduling, material inventory and procurement, budgets, homeowner relations and warranty follow-through. He has also previously worked in property management.
That background translates into noticing details, organizing trades and materials, communicating clearly, tracking open items and following through after work.
