Help move a shed or porch idea through scope, estimates, material planning and vendor scheduling. Coordinate the arrangements and open items, with required construction, permits and professional responsibilities established before work begins.
Rethink a backyard with several beds, paths and usable outdoor areas. Organize the ideas, a practical task layout, materials and work sequence, bringing in appropriate specialists where needed.

Our role is tailored to the scope—from arranging a single service visit to coordinating schedules, access, communications and follow-through across multiple vendors. Responsibilities and any required licensed-contractor involvement are established before work begins.
Planned projects receive a project-specific labor, materials and coordination quote. Actual vendor work remains separately contracted and billed directly to you unless an appropriate reviewed arrangement is established.
Fixed packages for one routine appointment—not multi-trade construction or a renovation. Standard and Premium columns apply to optional membership holders.

Each dedicated trip includes up to 1 hour on site. Deduct $60 for each trip absorbed into a scheduled inspection without extra attendance. Additional attendance is agreed in advance at the hourly rates above.
Repeated visits, multiple vendors, detailed planning and larger project involvement are separately scoped and quoted. These appointment fees do not cover that work. Vendor charges are separate.
