- First 60 minutes of qualifying minor repair labor each calendar month (no rollover)
- Exterior care every 2 months, ordinarily alongside a scheduled visit: safely accessible roof/gutter debris clearing, plus walkway, patio and driveway debris clearing and a light rinse—not full pressure washing and separate from the included repair hour
- After qualifying storms, post-storm inspections targeted within 24–48 hours once safe access is available; no emergency guarantee

The initial membership consultation
The $50 initial consultation is a property walk-through and conversation about your needs—not an inspection, and it does not include an inspection report. If you enroll in a membership within 30 calendar days, the fee is credited toward your first membership month.
One-off services, projects and improvements do not require a membership. Not every quote or job requires a paid consultation.

Qualifying minor repairs and grouped punch lists are $60/hour in 15-minute increments. A dedicated repair trip has a $60 minimum covering the first hour; additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Materials are extra. Planned projects receive a project-specific labor, materials and coordination quote.
Service scope & common questionsAdditional-work materials are billed separately; all supplies for membership-included services are covered. Full pressure washing, whole-house soft washing and standalone exterior jobs are scoped separately.
