Routine tasks, exterior upkeep and a dependable schedule—one-time help or ongoing care, whether you’re at home or away.
Exterior clearing & yard upkeep
Leaf and debris clearing, safely accessible gutter clearing, weedwhacking, raking and ordinary yard upkeep. Focused work to keep outdoor areas tidy—not a comprehensive lawn-service contract.
Washing & surface care
Pressure/power washing for suitable driveways, walkways and patios, with the surface and scope assessed first. Whole-house soft washing is separately quoted. Full washing is not the light rinse included in Premium.
A schedule that fits
A single maintenance visit or a recurring task schedule, with clear communication and practical follow-through. You do not need an inspection membership to get help.

Clear scope. Straightforward pricing.
Qualifying minor repairs and grouped punch lists are $60/hour in 15-minute increments. A dedicated repair trip has a $60 minimum covering the first hour; additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Materials are extra. Planned projects receive a project-specific labor, materials and coordination quote.

Regular visits when you’re away
For seasonal and away homeowners who need scheduled checks, each inspection includes a written photo report. Memberships are one way to work with us—not a requirement for any project or improvement.
Standard — $150/month
2 inspections per month, with a photo report after every visit.
All supplies for included services covered.
Premium — $300/month
3 inspections per month, with a photo report after every visit.
60 minutes of qualifying minor repair labor each calendar month (no rollover), plus exterior debris clearing and a light rinse every 2 months when safely accessible. Exterior care is separate from the repair hour, not full pressure washing.
